Can I use a promotion or shopping code on sale items?

Discount codes and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. During our sales our products are already discounted so your promotion or shopping code will not be valid when purchasing sale items.

Which purchases are excluded from promotion or discounts?

Our promotional offers exclude items already included in a sale.

Can I use a promotion or discount code in your store?

We are sorry, our U.S. promotion codes are not transferable to our International stores.

Why have I received one offer but my friend has received a different one?

Throughout a season we have a range of offers which are tailored to suit different groups of customers. This should make the offer you receive more relevant to you.

Why am I not receiving your special offer emails?

Check your account online to make sure we have the right email address for you. If we have the correct address, check your spam filter to make sure that your internet provider is not holding our emails as spam. If you are still not receiving the emails, contact us either by email at customerservice@thewhitecompany.com or by phone on 1 866 846 8333 Monday-Sunday 7am to 11pm Eastern Time and we will check that your account has definitely been set up to receive our emails.

I have entered a competition, how will I know if I have won?

We will contact you by postal mail or email if you have won one of our competitions. We may then also ask your permission to publish your details on our winners page.
