Guide for completing your returns online

Using the online portal to return items is quick and easy. Please use the following guide as a reference to help you complete the online form if you get stuck.

Step 1. Login

To begin with, you will need to log in using your order number. This can be found at the top of your delivery email or on the invoice included with your parcel. It’s usually 6 digits long.

Step 2. Select the items you want to return

Select the items from the order that you wish to return and add any notes you wish.

Important - If you are sending back a few items from an order and need to send them in more than one parcel, please create a label for each parcel and check the items in the parcel match the label you create. This will avoid any delays in processing your refund.

Step 3. Confirm your details

Check that you are happy with the information on the summary page; we will have already captured your name and address from the original order so, if you are happy, click ‘Next’.

Step 4. Print your returns label

Now you are ready to print the label that will attach to the parcel. If you want to print it now, you can, or have it emailed to you for printing later. Click ‘Next’.

Step 5. Attach the label and post your parcel

To print your label, click ‘File/ Print‘ at the top of your browser window. Once you have attached it to your parcel, put it in the post and we will let you know when we are processing your refund.
