Delivery

With standard US shipping, we aim to deliver your order within 6-10 business days. Sometimes, this can take slightly longer due to carrier issues or circumstances out of our control. If it’s been more than 10 business days and you have not received your order, please call us or fill in your details below so we can assist you quickly.

Returns/Refunds

It can take up to 30 business days, from the time we receive your returns, for us to fulfil your request.

When we have dealt with your parcel, we will confirm this to you by email. If, after sending your return to us, you have not received an email confirmation within 30 days, please contact us on 1-866-846-8333 (Monday - Friday 7.00am to 11.00pm Eastern Time) so we can investigate.
