    To make your gift even more special, we can send it tissue wrapped in one of our premium The White Company gift boxes. We offer a range of gift box sizes and will choose the most appropriate size for your gift, or gifts. If you are ordering lots of items, they may need more than one box. If your gift requires more than one box, charges will vary accordingly. Gifts for different recipients will need to be placed in different orders.

    The maximum size of our gift boxes is H” x W” x D”. Please check the dimensions of your gift before ordering a Gift Box.

    Gift Wrap Service
    The gift wrap box was in a very thin outer box, and it got smashed. I had to transfer it to another box and wrap it myself. This wouldn't have happened if the outer box was not so flimsy.

    The gift box is lovely and will be used by the mother for holding special baby items/memories.
    The exterior box that holds all the items should come with a crayon to color in the wonderful outline of the store. I don't know how you make a good profit with such excellent high quality product marketing materials. Thank you.
    I was told I could not separate the two diffusers, therefore they both came wrapped in the same box. Although, my main complaint is that you mailed me a damaged gift box. I know this was already damaged upon packaging it, because the gift box was then bubble wrapped, and the large tear in it could not have happened after being bubble wrapped.
    My niece tells me that gift wrapping was beautiful and she fell in love with it!
    The young lady who assisted me could not have been nicer. We had a great conversation while I gave her my order. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you sooo much

    Box is nice, but really it's too simple. If I am paying for the "gift wrap", I expect a bow or else paper around the box, or something else to put the touch on the outside.
    Parcel didn't arrive although it was in the area , somewhere !!

    My whole family use The White Co and we spent a fortune during December in the store in Mayfair London . Extremely disappointed
    The box and bow are lovely however the smell of the packaging wore off on the robe. Since the robe is saturated with the smell of a "packaging floor" it is unwearable without being cleaned first.
    I cannot answer as I've not seen it - it was a gift...
    Item never arrived, and then I was really disappointed when I was told my item 'could not be tracked'.
    I choose two differents ribbon to differentiate 2 gift,as asked I pick one white and one black and in the end they arrived both with grey ribbons looking exactly the same.
    I do not know who is to blame here! I asked for the items to be gift wrapped and sent to my son and daughter in law in the states. My son tells me that they have received the robes which means that either they were unwrapped or a receipt was included in the packages as I know they are always very keen not to unwrap gifts before Christmas!

    Beautiful ,payed for one gift box received two ,one free of charge .One of the items I ordered was send later and it also was gift wrapped .That was the one I wasn' charged for.

    excellent, helpful and extremely efficient. Box was damaged in shipping and gift box seams tore but I will call about it and see if I can get a replacement. The gift boxes are worth every penny and awesome, you have nothing like that in the USA - congratulations White Company good debut in the States.

    It has been 8 working days after my order and it still hasn't been dispatched even though the items were in stock
    Ordered Christmas gift for my wife on Nov 30. Parcel was sent out Dec 3rd and returned to the White Company from Hinckley airport on Dec 9. Have called customer derive 3 times -- twice the "computers were down" and they couldn't tell me anything about the status of my order, and promised to call me back with an update but did not. On the third call I was told that my package was initially sent with a "misprinted label" and would be dispatched again right away (and would arrive after Christmas) and I would receive an email with a new tracking number immediately. Four days later, I am still waiting for this to happen -- and am about to call customer service for the fourth time to request a full refund and have little faith this will happen, either. I have ordered tons of goods online from a wide variety of retailers and this is bar none the most appalling customer service I have ever experienced.
    Terrible I ordered a product the payment went through, I got a confirmation email. The gift was never received. I had ordered in time for Christmas and paid extra for fast delivery. I emailed but the reply said they would contact me in three days, which was too late for Christmas. I called and was on hold for 45 minutes. I finally got through and they said it was not sent out. They said there had been a problem with payment. Which was totally untrue because I had received confirmation. I called my bank who confirmed that payment had been authorised and there was no problem with the payment. I did not get any contact from White Company, they never contacted me be email to say there was a problem. My poor grandmother didn't get her Christmas Present. I was angry when I called up white company because they wanted to take payment again - even though it was two days before Christmas. They didn't care the gift would not get there in time, they didn't care about contacting me. White Companies systems must have broken down. My experience is TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE
    My parcel was meant to be delivered between the 21st and 23rd. It got there on the 29th. Very very disappointed with this level of service.

    I did not receive 2 of the items I ordered. They were missing from the box. When I asked to have them replaced they said they were out of stock. I know I ordered the last 2 of the sharing boards because I wanted more and it would only allow me to order 2. So, when those last 2 did not show up I was SOOOOO disappointed. I wanted them badly for a gift. I was charged but not shipped. That was corrected with a delayed refund but really, why should I be penalized?? Still waiting on the credit to my card.
    Overseas delivery is expensive

    The item was a gift with greeting message attached.
    As didn't see the message after finalising the order, I called to check on it only to find a total different message from someone else was attached to the gift.
    After I called, it was rectified. I am so glad I decided to check on it initially.
    The order was placed on 1st of June and arrived on 14th of June.
    The robe was a gift, and the recipient was very pleased with the classic style, color, fit, and quality. Will definitely be ordering other products from The White Company based on this experience.

    I felt such disappointed
    Service rating : I placed two orders and got to initial emails. One order shipped quickly and emails were updated and information given well. The other order I didn't receive any follow up emails and nothing was happening. Customer service was incredibly slow to respond and I had to email MULTIPLE times to get responses (I waited days for responses between my follow up emails). Finally found out there was an "error" when I entered my order (so why did the system let me place the order?!) and I was told I need to re-do my order. No thanks, I will go elsewhere.
    The confirmation e-mail states an e-mail will be sent when the order is dispatched. No e-mail was received.
    The automatic e-mail reply says a response will be made within 24 hours- it took days to get a response and required a further e-mail and phone call from me first. I do not plan to use the White Company US again- very dissapointed.
    Very dissatisfied with service this time round. Expected both items to be delivered in one gift box together, not separate.
    Love white company products however haven't enjoyed this gifting experience.
    I think the online ordering system/service provided needs to be improved.
    Product stuck in customs, I know that is not your fault but had assumed product would arrive in plenty time for Christmas. Further nervous about size, gift for wife I called and was given a recommendation by your staff. What if it doesn't fit? White Company is not something I should have tried before Christmas. Too important to screw up. Fingers crossed.
    Non of the items have been delivered for Christmas
    Took Christmas order including expedited delivery. No contact. Two weeks later I contact the White Company to see where the order is. Eventually receive response that item is out of stock (even though it doesn't say this on the order) and am told to reorder another item. I ask why and they say the card didn't go through and they don't store details. Almost three weeks later and the matter is still not resolved. However, I receive a feedback email?! Website still states the item is in stock.
