    What a lovely scent. I recommend using just three or four diffuser sticks at a time, since the scent becomes very strong with all eight. The diffuser works quite well, even in large spaces.

    Of course I couldn't the package to test the fragrance for the purchase as gifts for our dear daughters. The fragrance from the unwrapped box appeared the every box had the same smell even though each was a different name. Love your website.

    I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt delivery of my candles, from earlier reviews I thought it may take longer but hooray !!! You did not disappoint !

    smells delicious. nice and thick for a body lotion. It is difficult to get the lotion out of the bottle because lotion is thick. So I end up standing the bottle on its head most of the time. Trying to squeeze the bottle is not very effective either. Still love the lotion and body wash thou.

    Your customer service (phone) reps are lovely; they are personable and helpful while you are speaking with them but only one (Stevie) followed up as promised. I've called over 8 times trying to track down a package and to obtain a refund for items that were not shipped (in the second order) and not one of the emails I sent to your customer service office was answered (and there were 5 of them). I got only a generic response saying you were busy and your failure to respond put the onus on me to call you customer service department back to get information. Your reps also recommended I call the shipper in the US because they could only see generic information or the UK office was closed. I understand there is a time difference, but shouldn't you as the shipper call ME back with a status of the package the next day when your shipping office is open rather than putting the onus on me to call the shipper on my end? Also, inexplicably, I was given detailed information from the shipper on my end that your reps could not access (this is not their fault if your UK shipping office doesn't provide them with accurate information) but from a customer's perspective, it's a cluster. Promised return calls from Julian on the refund status and I believe her name was Laurie on the shipping status were never returned; an explanation as to why items were missing was never provided and there was no follow up on your end to resolve anything as promised. Again, the only representative that did what she promised was Stevie. I understand it is the Christmas rush and that you all have no control over packages being held in US Customs. What you can control is your responsiveness to your customers and doing what you promise. All the information I received about the status of the original and second package was from the shipper that I called (over 5 times) in the US...they were very helpful and responsive on this end so I'm still unclear why that status information was unavailable to your shipper in the UK. There is no point in having a mechanism to electronically contact you if you never respond to those contacts with anything other than generic "non-response" emails. I order from the UK quite often so I know this is an issue specific to the White Company...you have great products but your follow up needs work. When a customer calls 8 times on an order, it seems to me there should be a system flag or some escalation to a supervisor or someone who can expeditiously resolve the issue. I am still waiting for my package and refund; what should have been simple purchase has been an ordeal. Hopefully the order I placed on 27 Nov will be here in time from Christmas.
    I did not receive the items I requested. It was addressed to me but was a gift for someone in Texas. I sent an email XMAS night to Customer Service and have not heard anything back as of yet about how to obtain the items I ordered and what to do with the candles I received.
    wish they were a bit bigger!
