    The Flowers diffuser fills my home with the most beautiful fresh fragrance I've ever experienced.
    Wonderful product
    The scent is overpowering and smells of bathroom clearer. As soon as I opened the bottle, I started to get a headache. I had to send it back.
    No like it as is thiugh I did find it slighrly difficult to take out cork.
    DOesn't last as long as all of your other candles.

    Lovve it, love it, love it! Used a sample of the lotion and bath gel on a visit to England last year and am excited to have my own regular size now of the wonderful-smelling products.

    My wife found a sample of this when we visited Ireland and fell in love with it. It made a perfect Christmas present.
    The White Company has the best bath and shower products. the fragrance is fresh and not overly scented . . .just a nice light and refrehsing scent. These are my "go to" products for bath gel and lotion.

    My initial order didn't go through, yet the charge was deducted from my bank account. However, after calling the customer service (who were extremely nice), everything was worked out.

    When we stayed in London last year, the hotel supplied a Jasmine, Rose and Neroli hand & body lotion that was exquisite. All I tried to do was order a larger bottle of this for my wife. This was not available so I ordered the next best thing. She will receive this as one of her Christmas gifts this year.

    Love this product! I received a sample from a hotel stay (can't recall which hotel!) and this prompted me to order. I bought two bottles - one for my kitchen and the other for my bedroom.
    I love it! It is soft and creamy, smells divine, and does wonders for my cuticles and hands. Okay, I admit it, I rub some on my toes as well!

    Originally, when I tried to order with free shipping, it didn't work. I waited awhile, then tried the next offer and it worked. I ordered on 11/29, but still haven't received my order as of 12/9. Not too happy with this company.

    Your customer service (phone) reps are lovely; they are personable and helpful while you are speaking with them but only one (Stevie) followed up as promised. I've called over 8 times trying to track down a package and to obtain a refund for items that were not shipped (in the second order) and not one of the emails I sent to your customer service office was answered (and there were 5 of them). I got only a generic response saying you were busy and your failure to respond put the onus on me to call you customer service department back to get information. Your reps also recommended I call the shipper in the US because they could only see generic information or the UK office was closed. I understand there is a time difference, but shouldn't you as the shipper call ME back with a status of the package the next day when your shipping office is open rather than putting the onus on me to call the shipper on my end? Also, inexplicably, I was given detailed information from the shipper on my end that your reps could not access (this is not their fault if your UK shipping office doesn't provide them with accurate information) but from a customer's perspective, it's a cluster. Promised return calls from Julian on the refund status and I believe her name was Laurie on the shipping status were never returned; an explanation as to why items were missing was never provided and there was no follow up on your end to resolve anything as promised. Again, the only representative that did what she promised was Stevie. I understand it is the Christmas rush and that you all have no control over packages being held in US Customs. What you can control is your responsiveness to your customers and doing what you promise. All the information I received about the status of the original and second package was from the shipper that I called (over 5 times) in the US...they were very helpful and responsive on this end so I'm still unclear why that status information was unavailable to your shipper in the UK. There is no point in having a mechanism to electronically contact you if you never respond to those contacts with anything other than generic "non-response" emails. I order from the UK quite often so I know this is an issue specific to the White have great products but your follow up needs work. When a customer calls 8 times on an order, it seems to me there should be a system flag or some escalation to a supervisor or someone who can expeditiously resolve the issue. I am still waiting for my package and refund; what should have been simple purchase has been an ordeal. Hopefully the order I placed on 27 Nov will be here in time from Christmas.

    I never received an email confirmation for my order. I sent an email to customer service to find out if my order was received and only got an automatic reply. Still no order nor email confirmation. No personal reply to my email.
